From 11/09/2022 to 11/28/2022, the Department of Ukrainian Studies of KNURE held the I stage of the XXIII International Competition in the Ukrainian language named after Petr Yatsyk. Essay topics were suggested. The task of the competition was to write a work-reflection in the words of J. Stetsko: “Ukraine is an eternity, not only today, but before the future has passed.” This topic is relevant in the framework of the present and the events unfolding in Ukraine.
