For example, this week at a meeting of the department was attended by 22 teachers of the department! The following issues were discussed on the agenda:
1. On the course of conducting classes in remote mode for 1-2 courses and on measures to improve the work of teachers.
2. About work with experts of academic reputation, experts on employment of graduates
3. The status of work and tasks with a new technique.
4. On the implementation of decisions and tasks (the conclusion and implementation of research work (business agreement), preparation for publication: a collection of student research works; textbooks, textbooks, monographs)
5. On the progress of students’ work experience and approval of the subject of bachelor’s certification work.
6. On the formation of the subject of master’s work
7. About the course / results of the examination session of part-time students.

Thanks to modern technologies, the 16th International Conference PERSPECTIVE TECHNOLOGIES AND METHODS IN MEMS DESIGN was remotely held on 22-26 Quint 2020.

Any technology program is best tested on real equipment. This allows you to find inaccuracies in the code and algorithms that are embedded in its work. At the training stage, during the training process, when the PLC programming experience is still not enough, laboratory mock-ups play a crucial role – they develop the skill of engineers to anticipate the possible consequences of an error in the program. For this, mock-ups of real devices, machines or even entire automated production sites are created.

In connection with the introduction of quarantine, changes were made to the schedule of the educational process (order No. 145 of 03/19/2020)

On March 5, 2020, the FED held an expanded meeting of the Mechatronics aerospace cluster, which was attended by representatives of the NanoMicroMaterialsPhotonics cluster and the North Rhine-Westphalia Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Germany). Among the guests of honor were the representatives of KHOGA, headed by the chairman of KHOGA A.V., and the honorary consul of Germany in Kharkov, Gavrish T.S.

The chairman of KOGA A.V. Kucher, the president of the Mechatronics cluster, the chairman of the board of the FED JSC V.V. Popov, the cluster’s scientific secretary V.A. Fadeev, representatives of the Antonov corporation, Yuzhnoye, Motor Sich “Kharkov Aerospace University” KhAI “, NTU” KhAI “, HUVS, universities of Kiev.

Some students of CITAM department, ACT faculty, not only study, but also, it turns out, are professional athletes.

So, we want to share the good news about the sports achievements of a student of the TRRED-17-1 group Zubenko Vlas.

Associate professors of CITAM Department Allahveranov R. and Frolov A. visited our students of the Faculty of Automation and Computerized Technologies participating in the KNURE academic mobility program in the city of Wroclaw (Poland).

The guys shared their positive impressions of the program, in particular, talked about how they work at the LG plant and at the same time study at the Wroclaw University of Science and Technology.

The CITAM department took part in the Open Day of KNURE, which was held on 01.03.2020.

Future students were able to obtain relevant information about admission to the specialty of the CITAM Department, the Faculty of Automation and Computerized Technologies, as well as with developments in the field of automation and material science, in particular mobile robots, an automated lighting system, laser engravers, 3D-printers and other interesting things.

Students of ourfaculty of Automation and Computerized Technologies of the Department of CITAM, Vyacheslav Evgenievich (AKTSE-18-1) and Denis Chernyshev (AKTAKIT-18-2) visited friends from their schools before the Open Day of NURE to conduct career-oriented work!

The guys told the students interesting information about studying at the university, at the Faculty of Automation and Computerized Technologies, and at the Department of CITAM.

The website of the Ministry of Education and Science has published information about the start of registration for the All-Ukrainian Forum “Innovation Fest” and the competitions of startups that will be held within it.

This event will be held for the fifth time in Kiev on May 14, 2020 in Kiev with the support of the Ministry of Education and Science.

On the basis of our department, a scientific and technical seminar “Modern production automation technologies” was organized by NURE, the Department of Kitami and the company SE Festo Ukraine with the participation of a member of the Kharkov region companies.

At the seminar, professors of the department CITAM A. Tsymbal spoke and Novoselov S.P., head of the Kharkov representative office of Festo, Evgeny Petinov and Arthur Nikitin.
