Last week at CITAM Department of NURE was very productive!
Our teachers took part in many events.
Firstly, Professor Sergey Novoselov and assistant Sergey Teslyuk took part in the IV International Forum Innovation Market in Kiev.

Secondly, the senior lecturer Artem Bronnikov and professor Sezonova I.K. took part in the exhibition Education Slobozhanshchina and study abroad, where they talked with future students to enter the Faculty of Automation and Computerized Technologies of NURE.

The international conference “MANUFACTURING & MECHATRONIC SYSTEMS 2019” has been held for 3 years in a row by the Department of CITAM (Faculty of ACT) of Kharkov National University of Radio Electronics.

The conference is organized by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, NURE, Warsaw University of Agriculture (WULS – SGGW), National University of Lvivska Polytechnica, Festo Didactic, Scientific-Production Enterprise UKRINTECH LLC, Azerbaijan State University of Oil and Industry, State Kharkov Research Institute of Mechanical Engineering, State Enterprise Southern State Design and Research Institute Institute of Aviation Industry”.

According to the results of the members selection competition to the industry expert councils of the National Agency for the Quality Assurance of Higher Education, the head of the industry expert council (IEC) in the field of knowledge 15 Automation and Instrumentation appointed Dean of the ACT Faculty Alexander Filipenko..

The main objective of the IEC is to bring together representatives of the academic community and stakeholders (employers and students) in the relevant field.

Faculty of Automatics and Computerized Technologies

CITAM department is cooperating with LG Electronics for several years, it contributes to the high achievement and indicators in the rating of not only the department, but also the university as a whole.

According to the results of the meeting and agreement, during the 2018-2019 school year, more than 120 students of the ACT faculty underwent internships and internships at enterprises of LG Electronics. In addition, 7 masters after successful completion of pre-diploma practice got a permanent job in the enterprise.

We have a new 3D-printer in our CITAM department!

A group of 4th cource students, specialty RED, Bliznyuk Daniil, Boyko Dmitry and Chikel Dmitry under the guidance of associate professor Evgeniy Razumov-Friziuk developed a 3D printer using FFF technology (FDM) with Dual X carriage kinematics (two independent extruder carriages), working area 400x400x600mm.

The teachers of our department, ass. professor Iryna Botsman, ass. Victoriia Bortnikova and ass. Olena Chala took part in the 15th International Conference “ICT in Education, Research, and Industrial Applications: Integration, Harmonization, and Knowledge Transfer “, which was held in Kherson State University from 12 to 15 June 2019. The conference included work in several areas, in particular, in the sections “Advances in ICT Research”, “Information Systems: Technology and Applications”, “ICT in Education” and “ICT Cooperation in Academia and Industry”, where problems of development and use of software, cyber-physical systems and intellectual technologies for industrial needs, which are indispensable signs of the development and implementation of the Industry 4.0. In addition, much attention was paid to the use of multimedia tools in the educational process.

At the poster session on June 13, staff members of the CITAM department presented their scientific results on the topic “Search Query Classification Using Intelligent Manufacturing Systems”.

Teachers of the CITAM department prof. S. Novoselov and ass. S. Tesliuk taking part in the V International Specialized Exhibition “Modernity. Energy saving. Technology (SET – 2019) “, which is conducted in the city of Rivne under the patronage of the Rovno Regional State Administration.

During the forum, our colleagues will hold a report on “NureEnergy’s Intelligent Nuclear Energy Control and Management System”.

06/03/2019 senior lecturer Bronnikov A.I. and students of the 1st and 5th courses visited the School “Obdarovanist” with master classes in the direction of robotics and mechatronics, where the latest developments of students and teachers of the CITAM department were demonstrated. School students learned a lot of new and interesting things from the world of robotics – what is a robot, its classification, types and purpose of various sensors and much more. They also had the opportunity to visualize and manage several models. The children spent time with enthusiasm and interest, discovered the cognitive world of robotics and mechatronics, expanded their knowledge in the field of new technologies.
