Education and Career
Before graduate education, during 14 years he worked in industry at engineering and senior positions;
1971-1974 – post-graduate student (full-time) by Specialty 05.11.14 – Technology of Instrumental Design;
1974 – Candidate of Engineering Science by Specialty – Technology of Instrumental Design;
1976 – Associate Professor;
1985 – Doctor of Engineering Science by Specialty 05.11.14 – Technology of Instrument Design;
1987 – Professor (rank) of Radio-Electronics Devices Technology and Manufacturing Department;
1985-1995 – Dean of Faculty for Design of Radio Electronic Devices;
Since 1995 till now – Head of CITAM Department.
Educational activities
Teaches the courses: «Introduction to specialty», «Basics of scientific research and copyright», «Technology of information support for technological systems», «Feasibility study of engineering solutions».
Research activities
Nevliudov Igor is a head of Scientific School in the field of Technology and Automation of the Radio-Electronic Instrument production, in which 27 Candidates of Engineering Science (PhD) and five Doctors of Engineering Science were prepared.
Under his leadership, the research projects at the expense of the state budget are successfully provided (9 projects, from 2002 to present) also the business projects for industrial enterprise’s orders.

Academician of International Applied Radio Electronics Academy, Academician of Ukrainian Technological Academy, Member of 2 Specialized Councils for Doctoral Thesis’s Defense, member of the Scientific Council of Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine (section «Physical and Technical Problems of Material Science»).
State Awards
Honored Scientist and Engineer of Ukraine (2013), Laureate of State prizes of Ukraine in science and technology (2014), Winner (2000), winner (2015) of regional competition «Higher School of Kharkov – the best names in nomination «Head of Department»; honorary sign «Excellence in Education of Ukraine» (2001), sign «For scientific achievements» (2005); Regional G. Proskura Scholarship in Science (2010); has a number of signs, medals and other awards.

According to the results of scientific research, he is an author and co-author of more than 550 scientific papers. He is an author (co-author) of 6 textbooks, 24 workbooks, 10 monographs.
