The New 3D-printer in the department!

We have a new 3D-printer in our CITAM department!

A group of 4th cource students, specialty RED, Bliznyuk Daniil, Boyko Dmitry and Chikel Dmitry under the guidance of associate professor Evgeniy Razumov-Friziuk developed a 3D printer using FFF technology (FDM) with Dual X carriage kinematics (two independent extruder carriages), working area 400x400x600mm.

This kinematics and dimensions make it possible to manufacture structural and decorative parts from two different materials (the main material and support material, or the shell material and the reinforcing material).
