The first meeting within the framework of the ERASMUS+ ENGAGE 5.0 project took place
On December 2, 2025, the first working meeting for the international ERASMUS+ project Enhancing Human-Centric Engineering Skills in Learning Factories for Industry 5.0 (ENGAGE 5.0) took place online!
The ERASMUS+ ENGAGE 5.0 educational project is about training a new generation of engineers who know how to combine digital technologies with the needs of people in production.
The project is based on the principles of Industry 5.0, where the main pillar is human-centricity. That is, technology should serve people, and not the other way around. The ENGAGE 5.0 partnership aims to change the approach to engineering education.
The global goal is to achieve prosperity and social sustainability. To achieve this goal, so-called “learning factories” are used. These are practical educational environments that simulate real production.
Training engineers who will have the competencies to create and manage modern, human-centered digital manufacturing systems.
During the meeting, working issues were discussed and the main goals and objectives of the project for implementation were determined, and the next working meeting was planned!
