The project aims to modernise Ukrainian higher education by introducing a scalable system of personalised and modular learning supported by digital infrastructure.

EduFlex takes a student-centred approach, empowering students to create individual and interdisciplinary academic pathways in line with their career goals and labour market requirements. By integrating micro-credentials, digital badges and mobility opportunities, the project promotes modular learning, enabling students to accumulate and transfer knowledge seamlessly across institutions and countries.

EduFlex will provide Ukrainian universities with the tools to meet the diverse needs of learners, particularly migrant students, people with disabilities and war veterans in need of retraining.
By developing cooperation with European partners from UNIVERSITAT BAYREUTH, UNIVERSITA DEGLI STUDI DI CAGLIARI, NETHERLANDS BUSINESS ACADEMY BV, the project will ensure the implementation of international standards and best practices.
