Graduated from: Zhytomyr Higher School of Radio Electronics in 1977, specialty “Radio Engineering Operation Engineer”; Novosibirsk State University in 1992, specialty “Applied Mathematics”;
1982-1985 – adjunct professor at VIRTA Air Defense;
in 1986 – defended his PhD thesis on a special topic;
since 1977 – served in the military service in the research units of the Ministry of Defense;
since 2005 – associate professor of KhTEI KNTEU;
since 2020 – associate professor of the Department of CITARSE (CITAR) NURE.

Teaches the disciplines “Product Quality Management”, “Technologies of Components of Optical Infocommunication Systems”, “Communication Means of Computerized Systems”, “Optoelectronic Devices of Automated Technological Systems”
