Our colleagues took part in the international conference Modern Electrical and Energy System (MEES-2023)
Teachers of the department, including head department, prof. Ihor NEVLIUDOV, dean of the Faculty of ACT Oleksandr FILYPENKO, prof. Serhii NOVOSELOV, Assoc. prof. Artem BRONNIKOV, Assoc. prof. Oksana SYCHOVA, Assoc. prof. Olena CHALA took part in the 5th International IEEE Conference on Modern Electrical and Energy Systems (MEES) September 27-30, 2023, Kremenchuk, Ukraine.
The topics of the conference included the following areas:
- Industrial electronics – electric machines and drives; traffic control; industrial application in mechatronics and robotics; sensors and actuators; diagnostics and monitoring.
- Industrial informatics and application in industry – automation based on knowledge and artificial intelligence; intelligent computer control systems; aspects of industrial informatics in software-defined vehicles and robotics; computer vision; industrial IoT systems; embedded real-time systems and networks; production of electrical and electronic systems, devices, devices; promotion of safe, reliable and economical new installations.
- Power Electronics – power converters; scheme theory and design methods; development of analytical tools for efficient conversion, control and state of electricity.
- Power & Energy Systems – smart networks; electrical networks; renewable and alternative energy; production, transmission, distribution, storage and use of electrical energy, including its measurement and control.
- Electrical and Energy Education – new learning methods (software/internet/laboratory/combined with research); virtual classes / laboratories; distance education; throughout life.
