On February 12, 2026, the 1st All-Ukrainian Conference “Intelligent Civil Security Technologies and Robotic Systems for Emergency and Rescue Operations” (ICSTRO-2026) will be held, organized by the Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics together with leading higher education institutions and specialized institutions of Ukraine.
The event will bring together scientists, specialists in the field of civil protection, robotics, cyber-physical systems and information security to discuss modern approaches to risk modeling, emergency management and the implementation of intelligent solutions in the security sector. The conference will last from February 12 to 13, 2026, and researchers and practitioners are invited to participate with the possibility of in-person or remote presentation of results. The topics cover issues of technogenic and industrial safety, intelligent decision-making systems, robotic systems for emergency and rescue operations and digital protection of industries, which is especially relevant in the context of modern challenges
