11th-grade students from Kharkiv Lyceum No. 126 visited the laboratories of the CITARSE department
11th-grade students from Kharkiv Lyceum No. 126 visited the laboratories of the Department of Automation, Computer-Integrated Technologies, Robotics and Sefety Engineering (CITARSE) at the Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics. There, they had the opportunity to gain a closer look at modern technologies, fields of professional training, and career development prospects within the sector of automation and robotics.
During the visit, Roman Yevhenovych Strilets introduced the students to the specifics of the specialization “Automation, Computer-Integrated Technologies, and Robotics.” The students learned about the core areas of training for future specialists, the practical application of the knowledge acquired, and the role of automated and robotic systems in modern manufacturing and technological processes.
Special attention was given to exploring the department’s laboratories and the equipment utilized in the educational process. The students were able to see how theoretical knowledge is integrated with practical tasks and gained insight into the technological environment in which future engineers are trained.
The event was also supported by Leonid Ivanov, a lecturer at the department, and Vladyslav Serhiyovych Artyukh, a second-year master’s student, both of whom helped introduce the students to the department’s activities.
A key topic of the meeting was the employment prospects for graduates. The students learned about career opportunities in fields such as industrial automation, robotics, the control of technological processes, and the development of advanced technical systems. Such meetings help prospective students better understand the nature of engineering professions, explore the university’s facilities, and make a more informed choice regarding their future field of study.
The CITARSE department at NURE thanks the students of Kharkiv Lyceum No. 126 for their visit and their interest in modern engineering technologies! We hope that this introduction to the department proves to be a valuable step for the students as they choose their future careers.
