Department members of the Department of Computer-Integrated Technologies, Automation, Robotics and Safety Engineering at Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics (KhNURE) participated in the international Short Visit Program organized within the framework of the Erasmus+ international project PubCirEco — “ The critical role of PUBlic employees in CIRcular ECOnomy implementation: Embedding circular economy thinking in HEIs”.

The project is being implemented from 1 November 2024 to 31 October 2027 with the support of the EU Erasmus+ programme (ERASMUS-EDU-2024-CBHE) and is aimed at developing competencies in the fields of circular economy and sustainable development.

Participation in the programme provided KhNURE representatives with an opportunity to learn about European experience in implementing the principles of the circular economy, sustainable resource use and environmentally responsible approaches, exchange experience with international partners, and discuss the integration of sustainable development principles into the educational process.

Svitlana Viktorivna Sotnyk, an Associate Professor at the CITARSE Department, served as the official opponent for the research work. The meeting of the NaUKMA ad hoc specialized academic council was held remotely.

The involvement of our department’s faculty in evaluating dissertations at the country’s leading universities underscores the high quality of our academic expertise and our active engagement in cutting-edge research within the field of information technologies.

👨‍💻 Mykhailo’s professional focus is directly linked to the professional competencies of the CITS educational program.
As part of his work at the enterprise, Mykhailo is engaged in:

🔹 creating and configuring HMI in the TIA Portal environment;
🔹 mastering practical approaches to building and configuring automation systems;
🔹 planning to get involved in electrical circuit design in the future.

These are precisely the professional skills that are extremely important for a modern specialist in automation, computer-integrated technologies, industrial control systems, and robotics.

The FIBA ​​U20 EuroBasket 2026 championship took place from July 10 to July 19, 2026, in Bratislava, Slovakia. The Ukrainian team’s victory marked a historic achievement, as it was the first time Ukraine won the FIBA ​​U20 EuroBasket title, securing seven wins in seven matches. In the final, the Ukrainian youth team defeated Iceland 74–64 to claim the gold medals. This success is the result of the hard work of the athletes, the coaching staff, and the entire Ukrainian basketball community.

The staff of the KITARBI Department at the Faculty of AKITS (Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics) sincerely congratulates Mykyta Zmiievskyi on this outstanding sporting achievement. We wish him future victories, good health, professional growth, and continued success in both his studies and the international sports arena. This victory is a source of pride for the university and a shining example of combining high-level athletic performance with quality education.

It is gratifying to see that the research areas of our department (CITARSE) and the CAD Department at Lviv Polytechnic National University are closely linked – and in many cases, fully aligned. Moreover, this research is at the forefront of cutting-edge technology.

During the event, the students learned about the basics of computer vision and 3D printing, took part in fun interactives and competitions and received small souvenir gifts from the department!

We thank the organizers for the opportunity to bring children a lot of interesting and fun! 

The students present were introduced to the technologies and methods of 3D printing, and demonstrated the work of a modern 3D printer in practice.

A quiz was also held for those present following the meeting with a raffle for a commemorative souvenir from the “3D prototyping” laboratory of the CITARSE Department of NURE
